RETURNS
Want to return your jewelry? Send your jewelry back to Handmade by me, then we will happily give you a refund. You can return your jewelry within 14 calendar days after you’ve received your order, provided that the jewelry has not been worn and is undamaged.
How to return:
1. Fill out the return form that was included in the package.
2. Send your jewelry together with the return form in the original packaging to:

The shipping costs are for your own expense. You will be reimbursed within 14 days after we’ve received your return.
Please note:
– Handmade by me can only transfer the refund to the account where the original payment came from.
– Handmade by me has the right to refuse returned jewelry.
– Handmade by me is not responsible for lost packages.
EXCHANGES
If you’d like to exchange your jewelry for another size and/or model, please return your jewelry as stated above and order the right jewelry in our webshop.
